Dapper & Dare Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 5-7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom and bespoke orders, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@dapperanddare.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Return Approval and Inspection:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If the item passes inspection, a refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If the return does not meet the criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or transferred to a bank account after verification.
  • Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed for different sizes or color variants of the same item, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at exchanges@dapperanddare.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and personalized items.
  • Items on sale or promotional offers.
  • Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

8. Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.
  • If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the order may be subject to a cancellation fee.
